Your NEC Motorhome & Caravan Show Exhibition Essentials
Exhibiting at the National Exhibition Centre requires commercial-grade equipment that withstands heavy footfall over six days. Securing your motorhome & caravan show nec birmingham hire early guarantees you have the exact items you need for your stand. Expo Hire supplies professional event organisers, independent caterers, and corporate teams with everything from seating to refrigeration. You place your order entirely online, bypassing lengthy phone calls and manual quotes. Our Birmingham depot sits just miles from the venue, making logistics straightforward and cost-effective for your exhibition team.
Stand layout dictates visitor flow and interaction times. You need practical exhibition furniture that supports your sales team and accommodates potential buyers. Expo Hire supplies the EventPro® own-brand range, which we design specifically for the hire trade rather than retail use. Providing basic chairs gives your staff a place to rest between demonstrations. Positioning low tables creates a dedicated space for brochure distribution and contract signing. Reviewing our full furniture hire catalogue helps you find pieces that match your corporate branding.
Hospitality areas encourage longer conversations with high-net-worth clients. Incorporating bar furniture and bar stools changes the physical posture of your pitch. Poseur tables force a standing, active stance, while high stools allow visitors to take the weight off their feet without committing to a deep sofa. Booking these items requires no security deposit, keeping your exhibition budget focused on marketing and staff. We hold thousands of matching items in stock, allowing you to furnish massive multi-vehicle stands uniformly.
Serving drinks on your stand requires proper glassware. Our catalogue features standard beer glasses for casual afternoon receptions and wine glasses for VIP client meetings. Serving food means you also need commercial cutlery and plates. Expo Hire operates a "Send It Back Dirty" policy on all these items. You pack the unwashed items back into their crates at the end of the show, and we handle the cleaning at our main warehouse. This saves your staff hours of washing up in cramped exhibition hall facilities.
Bare trestle tables look unfinished in a professional exhibition hall. Using fitted tablecloths hides the table legs and provides concealed storage space underneath for spare brochures or staff belongings. Lounge areas benefit from soft seating like sofas or bean bags, giving visitors a reason to linger near your high-value motorhomes. Every order includes a free Minor Damage Waiver, protecting you against accidental scratches or minor spills during the busy show days. No other UK hire company includes this waiver as standard.
Storing fresh milk, cold drinks, or catered food requires reliable refrigeration. You can hire commercial fridges and freezers that plug directly into standard 13-amp sockets. Hot drink stations need high-capacity beverage equipment like 20-litre water boilers or percolators. Keeping hot food at safe serving temperatures relies on professional warming equipment. Browsing our complete catering equipment hire range online reveals exact specifications. Delivery starts from £40 ex-VAT. We calculate this by road distance from our Birmingham headquarters directly to the NEC loading bays.
Some exhibitors book external space outside the main halls to display larger vehicles or demonstrate awning setups. Furnishing these areas requires weather-resistant outdoor furniture. Aluminium tables and chairs withstand October weather conditions while giving visitors a place to review floorplans. Operating patio heaters keeps your outdoor staff warm during early morning setups. Including gazebo hire creates a sheltered reception point before visitors enter your main display vehicle.
High-value accessories, electronics, and navigation systems need secure presentation. Locking display cabinets protect your merchandise from theft while keeping it visible to passing traffic. Managing queues around popular new motorhome models requires physical crowd control. Retractable barrier hire creates clear walkways and prevents visitors from wandering into restricted staff areas. These barriers feature heavy bases that remain stable even in busy exhibition environments.
Booking your equipment takes minutes through our digital platform. You see live stock levels and exact pricing immediately, with no hidden fees. On delivery day, you receive an SMS with an estimated time of arrival and a link to track our vehicle live. We deliver the items clean, tested, and ready for use. After the show closes, you pack the items away, and our drivers collect them directly from your stand. You never need to pick up the phone to chase a delivery or confirm a collection time.
Securing the right equipment early prevents last-minute panic as the exhibition date approaches. We supply major clients including the BBC, ITV, and Cambridge University with commercial-grade event gear. Our 25% advance deposit option helps you manage cash flow on orders over £500. Prices are live on the product pages. Select your hire dates to check availability and confirm your order online today.
