MCM London Comic Con at ExCeL is one of the UK's largest pop culture events, drawing over 100,000 visitors across its three-day run in May and October. Exhibitors include comics publishers, gaming companies, anime distributors, cosplay suppliers, artist alley vendors, and entertainment industry brands. Stands range from large publisher pavilions to individual artist tables.

Seating for Long Show Days

Three days of continuous public engagement is physically demanding. Our chair hire range provides comfortable seating for both exhibitors and visitors at signing sessions and extended meet-and-greet areas. For autograph stages and guest appearance zones, rows of stacking banqueting chairs set up and clear away quickly between sessions.

Poseur Tables and Queuing Management

Poseur tables work well at exhibit frontages and signing station approaches. Our barrier hire - retractable belt barriers and rope-and-post systems - manages queues at signing tables, photo opportunity stages, and popular panel areas without blocking surrounding aisles.

Catering for Staff

Long show days require on-hand refreshments for exhibiting teams. Our hot drinks equipment covers filter coffee and hot water boilers. Our Send It Back Dirty policy applies to all hired crockery and glassware.

About ExCeL

ExCeL is an exhibition centre based in the Custom House area of Newham, in East London. The name ExCeL is an abbreviation for “Exhibition Centre London” and was given to emphasise its location when it was opened in 2000. It has since been redeveloped further, adding London’s first International Convention Centre (ICC). The third phase of redevelopment is due to be open by 2024.

The exhibition centre has 100,000 square metres of enclosed space, consisting of two column-free sub-divisible halls of about 44,500 square meters space apiece, either side of a central boulevard containing catering facilities and information points. There are 5,500 car parking spaces on site, and the centre is served by the Custom House for ExCeL and Prince Regent stops on the Docklands Light Railway.

Currently owned by the Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company, ExCeL is home to a wide range of exhibitions and conferences, as well as hosting the London ePrix of the Formula E World Championship motor racing calendar.
