Equipping your presence at the Emergency Services Show, NEC Birmingham.
The Emergency Services Show at the NEC Birmingham is a crucial event for anyone involved in public safety and emergency response. It’s where innovation meets necessity, bringing together professionals from across the police, fire, ambulance, and other vital services. For exhibitors and organisers, creating an impactful presence is key, and that starts with a well-equipped and functional stand. We understand the unique needs of this sector – the focus on reliability, practicality, and projecting a clear, professional image.
Setting up a stand at a major exhibition like this involves more than just display panels. You need comfortable spaces for your team, practical surfaces for demonstrations or meetings, and potentially areas for refreshments or networking. Think about your team's comfort throughout the day. A few well-placed chairs can make a huge difference. We offer everything from smart banqueting chairs for a more formal feel to more relaxed sofa and lounge furniture for a comfortable breakout area.
For any product displays or interactive elements, you’ll need appropriate surfaces. Our range of tables is extensive. For a professional setup, consider our smart poseur tables, which work well with bar stools, creating a modern, engaging space. If you need more substantial areas for presentations or equipment, our banqueting tables come in various sizes, including the popular 6ft round which comfortably seats up to 10 people.
We also supply essential exhibition furniture specifically designed for trade shows. This includes items like barriers for crowd control or to define your space, and display cabinets to showcase sensitive equipment or valuable information securely. Even small details like waste bins contribute to a clean and organised presentation.
Catering is often part of the exhibition experience, whether it's for your staff or for visiting guests. Having the right bar equipment can be crucial for serving refreshments efficiently. This might include anything from simple beer glasses to more specialised items for hot or cold drinks. Don't forget crockery and cutlery if you plan on serving food.
When it comes to ordering from Expo Hire for the Emergency Services Show, it’s designed to be straightforward. You can browse our extensive catalogue online, selecting all the items you need. If you have specific requirements or need advice on quantities, our team is readily available to help. We specialise in dry hire, meaning we provide the equipment, and you manage its use on your stand. We've worked with countless exhibitors at the NEC, so we know the venue’s requirements and delivery procedures well.
Delivery to the NEC Birmingham is a core part of our service. We coordinate with the venue’s logistics team to ensure your items arrive on time, ready for your stand build. This takes a significant concern off your plate. We deliver directly to your stand, whether it’s for the initial setup or for specific deliveries during the show. Following the event, we return to collect everything, again coordinating with the NEC's schedule. This means no last-minute rush for you to pack and transport items yourself.
For a professional and well-equipped stand at the Emergency Services Show, consider the practicalities. A few strategically placed tables for meetings, comfortable seating for your team and visitors, and essential catering equipment can significantly enhance your presence. Our straightforward ordering process and reliable delivery to the NEC make it easy to get everything you need.
If you’re exhibiting and need to add some more comfortable seating to your stand, perhaps a couple of sofas or some smart bar furniture to create a high-level reception area, we’ve got you covered. We can also supply tablecloths to give your tables a more polished look, which can be important for projecting a professional image, especially at an event focused on serious services.
Our exhibition furniture range is specifically curated for event settings. It’s durable, professional-looking, and easy to transport and set up. We understand that at an event like the Emergency Services Show, appearance matters, but so does functionality. You need furniture that can withstand continuous use throughout the exhibition days. We’ve found that simple, sturdy designs often work best, and our stock reflects that practical approach.
For event organisers, if you’re setting up specific zones or hospitality areas, our tables and chairs are essential. We can provide large quantities to furnish conference areas or break-out zones. And for those moments when a quick refreshment is needed, consider our beverage equipment and associated glassware. We aim to make the process of hiring for such a large-scale event as smooth as possible.
Our service covers delivery and collection directly at the NEC. This is particularly valuable at a busy venue like this. We manage the logistics of getting the hire items to your designated space and collecting them afterwards, ensuring it fits with the exhibition's build-up and breakdown schedules. This frees you and your team to concentrate on what matters most – engaging with attendees and showcasing your organisation’s capabilities.
